Lots of love with Lucy Love

When you think of fun, flirty dresses, what company usually comes to mind? Lucy Love of course! But there is so much more to Lucy Love than meets the eye.

Lucy Love was started in 1999 in Costa Mesa, CA by designer, Holly Sharp. Holly started out designing wedding as well as bridesmaid dresses so she knows how important a dress can be. What sets Lucy Love apart is the fact that it is a designer-owned and ran company. Lucy Love also has it’s own retail store in Corona Del Mar which helps give Holly a buyer’s perspective when designing her clothes. Another great fact about Lucy Love-they produce all of their clothing domestically in the good ‘ol USA.

It’s a family affair at Lucy Love too! Amber Sharp, Holly’s daughter, is co-designer who brings that young, vivacious perspective and is always on point with trends. Most of the employees at Lucy Love have been there for 20 plus years so they are definitely like one, big, happy family.

Of course, Lucy Love first took off with their line of dresses. To this day, they are still a favorite amongst girls of all ages. Lucy Love dresses are not only cute but also versatile, you can wear any of their dresses with a pair of boots or leggings in the Fall/Winter seasons or with a pair of flip-flops or strappy heels in the Spring/Summer seasons. But they haven’t stopped there, high-waisted shorts and skirts are stepping onto the scene. Blousey tuck-in tops that you can wear tucked in or out are also a hot commodity.

Lucy Love caters to every type of girl and never underestimates their customer’s keen sense of fashion. Whether you want to go with the grunge look or a sweetheart look Lucy Love definitely has something for you.
